Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support for EYFS (Complex Needs)
Location: Wigan
Salary: £89 - £99 per day, depending on experience
Tradewind are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Wigan. This full-time role is focused on providing 1:1 support for a child in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who has complex needs, including autism and ADHD.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with children in a 1:1 capacity and demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and Team Teach training are advantageous. This role is perfect for a proactive and patient individual looking to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment.
Key Requirements:
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
