HLTA - Secondary Schools - South East London (Including Bromley)
Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Start
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a variety of mainstream secondary schools in South East London, with immediate full-time, long-term placements available - particularly in the Bromley area.
As a HLTA, you'll support teachers with lesson delivery, lead small group or whole-class sessions, and contribute to raising student achievement across multiple subjects. You'll have the chance to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience across different school settings.
We're looking for candidates who:
Have proven child-based experience in a school or similar setting
Hold a HLTA qualification or have relevant classroom experience
Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
Are adaptable, confident, and passionate about supporting secondary-aged students
