Teaching Assistant - Hayle

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the Hayle area who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom every day.

The Role:
You'll be working closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, provide individual or small group support, and help manage classroom routines. No two days are the same - from phonics and reading groups to creative play and pastoral support.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working with children (in school or alternative settings)

  • Is positive, proactive, and patient

  • Communicates clearly and confidently with children and adults

  • Can commit to full-time hours during term time
