Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking Early Years TAs to join our Chesterfield supply pool for flexible day-to-day and short-term work. These roles are ideal for candidates with experience in nursery or reception classes who are nurturing, creative, and proactive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in EYFS settings

  • A minimum of 3 days availability

  • A calm and engaging manner

  • An understanding of early development milestones
