The Role:
You will work under the guidance of teachers and the SENCo to support pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4. Your support will help improve learning outcomes and ensure students engage fully in lessons.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting classroom teaching across multiple subjects
  • Working with students individually or in groups to boost learning and confidence
  • Assisting students with special educational needs and behavioural support
  • Preparing learning materials and supporting lesson delivery
  • Developing knowledge of classroom management and the curriculum
