We're currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of specialist schools and SEN units across Bedfordshire, starting in September. These roles offer both short-term flexibility and long-term consistency, with many leading to temp-to-perm contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional regulation
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
