About the Role
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (in any setting) is desirable
A calm, patient, and proactive attitude
A passion for helping pupils with additional needs
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Relevant training or qualifications are a bonus but not essential
