🧠 About the Role:
You'll be supporting pupils aged 8-16 years in a Secondary or SEN setting (many of whom have additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, or physical disabilities). Your background in sports is ideal for engaging learners in both academic and physical development - inside and outside the classroom.

📅 Job Options Available:
* Full-time or part-time work (you choose!)
* Flexible daily supply or consistent long-term placements
* Roles as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor
* Term-time only hours (08:30-15:30)

🧩 What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting class teachers with engaging lesson delivery
* Running and assisting in PE and active sessions
* Using sport to support behaviour management and build rapport
* Adapting your support to meet individual pupil needs
* Helping students grow in confidence, routine, and life skills

✅ Who We're Looking For:
* Sports coaches, graduates, or individuals with experience working with young people
* Strong communication, positivity, and leadership skills
* Interest in working in Secondary, SEN or Alternative Provision settings
* No classroom experience necessary - we provide training!

* Competitive pay: £90-£130 per day, depending on experience & role
