This is a full-time position ideal for someone seeking to gain experience in a school environment without the responsibilities of a qualified teacher.
The Role and Responsibilities 🧑🏫
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will be a vital part of our support team, ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. Your key responsibilities will include:
Classroom Supervision: Managing the classroom and ensuring students are on-task with pre-set work.
Behaviour Management: Maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment, following school policies.
Student Support: Answering student questions and providing basic assistance with their work.
Administrative Duties: Taking attendance and reporting any issues to senior staff.
