Year 3 Teacher (Full Time)
Location: Dukinfield, Tameside
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full time until at least Christmas (with potential to extend)
Salary: MPS1 1- 6 (reflecting full teaching responsibilities)

On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are seeking a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming, single-form entry primary school in Dukinfield, Tameside from September 2025. This full-time role will run until at least Christmas and is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners paying MPS 1-6 which will be reflective of your experience.

As part of a wider, supportive Multi-Academy Trust, the school serves a diverse catchment and prides itself on delivering a rich and creative curriculum that nurtures the whole child. The successful candidate will:

• Carry out all teaching responsibilities including marking, assessment, planning, staff meetings and fulfilling all elements of the teaching role
• Be a reflective and dedicated teacher with strong classroom practice
• Build effective and positive relationships with pupils to foster a love of learning
• Use effective behaviour management strategies that promote a calm, inclusive and productive learning environment
• Embrace our creative curriculum and contribute to the wider life of the school
