Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention support tailored to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

  • Employ de-escalation and restorative approaches to promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENDCo, pastoral staff, and external professionals, to develop and track personalised behaviour and progress plans.
