Tradewind is partnered with an inclusive SEN School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in student's learning and development, working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Role Details:

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: Opportunities available from September 2025
• Salary: £90-£100 per day (based on experience)
• Hours: Ideally 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), part-time applications considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN
• Assist in implementing EHCPs and IEPs
• Track pupil progress and identify areas for development
• Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons
• Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Flexible, patient, and adaptable approach
• Genuine passion for supporting student's learning and wellbeing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
