Teaching Assistant - Level 2 - SEND Resource Base - Ashton, Tameside
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School in the Ashton area of Tameside. This is a long-term role working within the school's SEND Resource Unit, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing school environment where your contribution will make a real difference to pupils' education and development. The position has the potential to lead to a permanent school contract for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly within a small group or resource base setting
Be a patient, empathetic, and resilient individual
Be committed to supporting pupils to reach their full potential
