Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Durham City Centre

Starting Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £32K-£38K in Year 1)
Hours: Full-Time | Start August or September

What you'll do

  • Match teachers and support staff to schools across the North East

  • Search for and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals

  • Build long-term relationships with schools and education professionals

  • Write polished CVs and candidate profiles

  • Hit clear performance targets-and earn commission for every placement

  • Establish yourself as the go-to education recruiter in your area
