Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Supply Work
Location: Wakefield and surrounding areas
Salary: £85 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Flexible supply work (full-time and part-time opportunities available)

Tradewind is seeking reliable, adaptable, and confident Cover Supervisors to join our team and work on a supply basis across secondary schools in the Wakefield area.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged in learning.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Provide feedback to teaching staff about student progress and conduct.
About You:
We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or tutoring).
Are confident in managing groups of students and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Can demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
Are flexible, reliable, and able to travel to schools across Wakefield.
Hold a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one).
