Primary School Support Staff - TA Roles (Bolton & Bury, September Start)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of support staff to join welcoming primary schools across Bolton and Bury from September. If you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or someone looking to develop a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

Main duties include:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school need.

• Providing one-to-one or small group interventions to boost attainment.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting social development.

• Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities.

• Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Relevant school-based experience or transferable skills from childcare/youth work.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A nurturing, proactive, and resilient attitude.

• Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
