Are you a recent Sports Graduate looking to start a rewarding career working with children and young people?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Sports Graduates to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in a range of specialist schools, supporting pupils with additional needs.


About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1, group, and whole-class support to pupils with special educational needs

  • Assist in delivering engaging, movement-based activities to support learning, behaviour, and wellbeing

  • Support pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and physical difficulties

  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement tailored strategies

  • Encourage participation, confidence and positive behaviour both in and outside the classroom


Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A degree in Sports Science, Coaching, Physical Education or a related field

  • Experience working with children or young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, youth work)

  • A positive, active, and confident approach

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

  • A passion for supporting the development of pupils with additional needs

  • Previous school experience is not essential
