Are you a recent Sports Graduate looking to start a rewarding career working with children and young people?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Sports Graduates to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in a range of specialist schools, supporting pupils with additional needs.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1, group, and whole-class support to pupils with special educational needs
Assist in delivering engaging, movement-based activities to support learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
Support pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and physical difficulties
Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement tailored strategies
Encourage participation, confidence and positive behaviour both in and outside the classroom
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A degree in Sports Science, Coaching, Physical Education or a related field
Experience working with children or young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, youth work)
A positive, active, and confident approach
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
A passion for supporting the development of pupils with additional needs
Previous school experience is not essential
