Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience working with children and young people with additional needs?
We're currently recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in a variety of specialist schools, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
Role Overview:
Provide 1:1, small group, and whole class support to pupils in a specialist setting
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement tailored strategies and support plans
Help manage behaviour, support emotional regulation, and promote social development
Gain valuable experience in behaviour management, child development, and inclusive education
Ideal for Psychology Graduates Who:
Have a genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
Are considering a future in educational or clinical psychology, therapy, or teaching
Have experience working with children or young people (in education, care, or voluntary settings)
Are patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting individual needs
No formal school experience required - training and support provided through the agency
