Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience working with children and young people with additional needs?
We're currently recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in a variety of specialist schools, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.


Role Overview:

  • Provide 1:1, small group, and whole class support to pupils in a specialist setting

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement tailored strategies and support plans

  • Help manage behaviour, support emotional regulation, and promote social development

  • Gain valuable experience in behaviour management, child development, and inclusive education


Ideal for Psychology Graduates Who:

  • Have a genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs (SEN)

  • Are considering a future in educational or clinical psychology, therapy, or teaching

  • Have experience working with children or young people (in education, care, or voluntary settings)

  • Are patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting individual needs

  • No formal school experience required - training and support provided through the agency
