The Governors of a highly successful and inclusive school within the Archdiocese of Liverpool - are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher following the forthcoming retirement of our highly respected, successful, and much-loved leader.

About the Role

Our new Headteacher will understand what is required to move our school forward while sustaining the highest possible standards. They will measure their success in the achievements of our children and relish the challenges of headship, inspiring colleagues to maintain their tremendous energy and commitment to pupil wellbeing and success. They will be supported by a highly skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated team of staff and governors.

  • Place inclusion and the needs of children at the centre of decision-making.

  • Have a proven track record of raising standards across the key stages.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, alongside a positive outlook and commitment to staff wellbeing.

  • Inspire, challenge, and empower staff, while promoting professional development at all levels.
