Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse - 2-Year-Old Room

Children's Centre | Hackney | Term-Time Only

📍 Location: Central Hackney

🕒 Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

📅 Contract: Full Academic Year | Term-Time Only

🎓 Qualification Required: CACHE Level 3 or equivalent

💼 Start Date: September 2025

💰 Pay: £128 PAYE per day

SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive children's centre linked to a thriving primary school in central Hackney. From September 2025, we're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their 2-year-old room for the full academic year.

This role offers the chance to work in a nurturing environment where children's wellbeing and development are at the centre of everything. You'll be part of a passionate, supportive Early Years team who believe in learning through play and creating the very best start in life for every child.

🌱 The Role:

Join the 2-Year-Old Room as part of a dedicated Early Years team

Hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm, term-time only

Provide high-quality care, play-based learning, and a secure environment

Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Work closely with families and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes

✅ What We're Looking For:

CACHE Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification)

Previous experience supporting 2-year-olds in an Early Years or nursery setting

Warm, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for working with young children

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early learning goals

A collaborative, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
