Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Brigg (Team Teach Qualified)
Location: Brigg and surrounding areas
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Supply / Flexible
Start Date: Ongoing
Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in and around Brigg? Do you hold a valid Team Teach qualification? If so, we want to hear from you.
At Tradewind, we are working in partnership with a variety of primary and secondary schools across Lincolnshire who require skilled and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a day-to-day and short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference in the classroom.
The Role:
Provide support to teachers and pupils in a range of classroom settings
Work one-to-one or with small groups of students, including those with additional needs
Use your Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviour effectively and safely
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
A current and valid Team Teach certificate (essential)
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism or challenging behaviour
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapting to different school environments
