In this role, you will provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for students who reside at the school. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the emotional, social, and physical well-being of our students.
Assisting with daily routines, homework, and recreational activities.
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Promoting a positive and inclusive residential community.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with children and young people, particularly in a residential setting such as a children's home.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Is committed to professional development and training.
