Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with secondary schools in Daventry, who are looking to appoint skilled and motivated Business Studies Teachers for the new academic year starting September 2025. These schools value creativity, real-world application, and a commitment to student achievement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering GCSE and/or A-Level Business Studies to students across KS4 and KS5

  • Teaching key concepts such as finance, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship

  • Supporting students in developing critical thinking and commercial awareness

  • Planning and assessing engaging lessons tailored to mixed-ability learners

  • Collaborating with other staff to enrich the business curriculum

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Business

  • A dynamic and engaging teaching style with strong subject knowledge

  • Excellent classroom management and adaptability

  • A commitment to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals

  • Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
