SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a prestigious Ofsted Outstanding Roman Catholic Primary School in North West London as they launch a brand-new specialist SEND provision in September 2025.

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to play a founding role in a bespoke EYFS & KS1 SEND classroom, designed to support children with autism, communication needs, and sensory differences from the earliest stages of their education.

Whether you're a graduate, HLTA, experienced TA, youth worker, or aspiring teacher, this role offers the chance to step up into a teaching position, with full training, mentoring and long-term pathways to QTS.


The Role

  • Lead learning with a small group of EYFS & KS1 pupils (approx. 6-8) with additional needs

  • Deliver play-based and structured activities in line with the EYFS Framework and National Curriculum

  • Use sensory play, music, movement, visuals, and therapeutic approaches to inspire engagement

  • Plan and lead sessions in literacy, numeracy, life skills, and creative expression

  • Work collaboratively with the SENDCo, therapists, and specialist teaching assistants

  • Track and celebrate pupil progress against individual EHCP targets

  • Receive weekly coaching, CPD, and mentoring with the opportunity to progress towards QTS
