1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Falmouth

Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child's education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic primary school in the Falmouth area seeking a 1:1 SEN TA to support a pupil with additional needs.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs

• Helping them access learning and thrive in the classroom

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and outside professionals

• Offering emotional and behavioural support where needed

About You:

• Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)

• A positive, caring, and resilient attitude

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Transferable skills welcome - we'd love to hear from people with backgrounds in care, support work, or similar roles who are passionate about helping children succeed

• Able to work well as part of a team
