1:1 Teaching Assistant - SEN School - Corby, Northamptonshire - Full-Time - Term-Time Only - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)

A specialist SEN school in Corby is looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. This role is well-suited to someone reliable, patient, and able to build positive working relationships with pupils and staff.

About the role - 1:1 TA - Corby, Northamptonshire

  • Provide consistent 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN

  • Follow learning plans set by the class teacher and SENCO

  • Promote independence and engagement in learning

  • Support with personal care when required

  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom environment

About you - 1:1 TA - Corby, Northamptonshire

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)

  • Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
