**About the Role**

As a 121 teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to ensure each child has equal access to the curriculum. You will support them in achieving the best of their ability through approaching tasks with a creative outlook. You will provide targeted 121 support for students with learning difficulties and differentiated learning strategies to help them develop academically as well as socially and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Work alongside teachers to create additional learning materials
• Cultivate a supportive and safe classroom atmosphere
• Provide personalised support to students on an individual basis
• Aid in implementing behaviour management strategies

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Prior experience with children is preferred
• Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
• Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
• Committed to offering excellent support
• Actively involved in engaging with children
