Are you an experienced Early Years teacher looking for a Reception teaching role in a thriving primary school in North West London?
Tradewind Recruitment is working with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school in Harrow, seeking a full-time Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher with QTS. The successful applicant will take a Reception class from September for the full academic year, with a permanent position available for the right candidate. A competitive salary above the main pay scale will be offered, depending on experience.

The school is seeking an Early Years Teacher who can demonstrate:
Recent experience in EYFS teaching (including PGCE placements if an ECT)
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Knowledge of strategies to support all pupils, including underachieving pupils, and those with SEN or EAL
Awareness of curriculum and pedagogical approaches in EYFS
Ability to assess, record and report pupil progress and use this information to guide planning
Flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for teaching a Reception class (ages 4-5)
Support pupils' social and academic development and track individual progress using Learning Journals
Plan and deliver comprehensive weekly lessons covering the seven areas of learning

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, overseas police clearance (if applicable), and professional references
CV covering the last 10 years of employment, with explanations for any gaps
