Pay: £14.81 - £16.93 per hour
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Allerdale, starting as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, supporting students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. You'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential-both academically and personally.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children or young people, particularly in an SEN or care setting
- Be patient, nurturing, and resilient
- Show a strong commitment to inclusive education
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
