The Role:
We are looking for a recent psychology graduate to join our team and support the educational, social, and emotional development of our students. This role provides hands-on experience working in a school setting, offering insight into applied psychology, education, and child development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support staff in implementing strategies to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
Assist with observations and data collection to monitor student progress.
Help develop and review behaviour support plans and interventions.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of group or one-to-one activities supporting social, emotional, and learning goals.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
Support school-wide initiatives and research projects as needed.
Person Specification:
Degree in Psychology (BSc or MSc) - recent graduates welcome.
Interest in working with children with additional needs or in educational settings.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient, and adaptable.
Motivated to gain practical experience in applied psychology and education.
