Psychology Graduate

The Role:
We are looking for a recent psychology graduate to join our team and support the educational, social, and emotional development of our students. This role provides hands-on experience working in a school setting, offering insight into applied psychology, education, and child development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support staff in implementing strategies to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

  • Assist with observations and data collection to monitor student progress.

  • Help develop and review behaviour support plans and interventions.

  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of group or one-to-one activities supporting social, emotional, and learning goals.

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.

  • Support school-wide initiatives and research projects as needed.

Person Specification:

  • Degree in Psychology (BSc or MSc) - recent graduates welcome.

  • Interest in working with children with additional needs or in educational settings.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable.

  • Motivated to gain practical experience in applied psychology and education.
