Role: Science Teacher (KS3-KS4, SEN experience essential)

About the Role:
You will be delivering engaging and differentiated Science lessons to students with a variety of additional needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD). Class sizes are small and supported by experienced Teaching Assistants and SEN professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
- Strong subject knowledge in Science (KS3-KS4)
- Proven experience teaching or supporting students with SEN
- Ability to differentiate effectively and implement EHCP strategies
- Calm, patient, and adaptable teaching approach
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
