We're expanding our Liverpool team and are seeking consultants who can hit the ground running and bring their knowledge of the education sector into a high-performing environment.

Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

• 12+ months' proven experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining school and candidate relationships

• A proactive, results-driven and professional approach to recruitment

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education landscape

• Ambition to progress your career in a market-leading agency
