Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a HLTA for a great school in Cheshunt! Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Perhaps you're a TA looking to step up or a recent Graduate with experience in tuition or working with young people?

About the role:
* Work within a Co-ed, supportive Academy chain in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire supporting students to achieve their best.
* Provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions.
* Step up to cover lessons and lead by example - all planning and work will be provided.
* Be a strong role model with excellent classroom management skills.
* Full-time, term-time only (school hours).
* Pay from £90 per day, paid weekly via PAYE.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident HLTA looking for a career move and can demonstrate a proactive and passionate approach to helping young people thrive. Our client schools are keen to have supply staff who can commit through to July 2026, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

We're looking for:
✅ Experience as a TA of HLTA or youth work / tuition for Graduates looking to break into eduction
✅ Confidence supporting pupils of all secondary ages and managing behaviour.
✅ A caring, reliable, and adaptable professional.
✅ Someone ready to make a real difference to young people's lives.
