We are seeking dedicated and experienced TA's to join Alternative Provisions across Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners who need extra guidance, encouragement, and tailored support.
What we're looking for:
✔ Previous experience in Alternative Provisions, PRU, SEN, or behaviour support
✔ Strong classroom management skills and a calm, positive approach
✔ Ability to build strong relationships and act as a positive role model
✔ Resilience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive
What you'll do:
🔹 Support students 1:1 and in small groups to overcome barriers to learning
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging, personalised lessons
🔹 Encourage emotional, social, and academic development
🔹 Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
