SANZA Teaching Agency is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity at a beautiful, sought-after nursery in South-West London featuring expansive gardens, organic growing areas, and onsite Forest School - offering TERM-TIME ONLY hours 8:30am - 4pm everyday providing both work-life balance and significant opportunities for professional development.

We're recruiting dedicated nursery assistant professionals and early years practitioners to support toddlers in this remarkable nursery environment with ideal hours 8:30AM-4:00PM.

YOUR ROLE As a nursery assistant, you'll be:

  • Supporting 2, 3 & 4 year old development through engaging indoor and outdoor activities within our nursery setting
  • Leading Forest School adventures and nature-based learning throughout stunning nursery grounds
  • Assisting with age-appropriate early years activities that promote exploratory learning for toddlers
  • Collaborating with nursery colleagues to maintain a nurturing childcare environment for young children
  • Supporting toddlers with essential daily routines including meals, rest time, and personal care within our early years framework
  • Recording observations of toddler progress following early years guidelines

IDEAL NURSERY ASSISTANT CANDIDATE We're seeking someone with genuine passion for early years education who demonstrates commitment when supporting energetic toddlers in this unique outdoor-focused nursery environment.

Essential qualifications/skills:

  • Experience working with toddlers - qualified & unqualified applicants considered with childcare experience OR graduates with Level 2 qualification
  • Enthusiasm for supporting toddlers within early years contexts
  • Love for outdoor learning and Forest School approaches in childcare practice
  • Patience and positive attitude when managing toddler behaviours in nursery environments
  • Professional approach and caring personality suited for early years childcare
  • Career-driven mindset with desire for professional growth
  • Education and training experience ideal
  • Be a communtable distance to Hammersmith and Fulham
