SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School | Bromley
Start: Immediate | Contract: Full-time, Long-term | Pay: Competitive - via PAYE
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Bromley on a full-time, long-term basis starting immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting.
In this role, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEN
Help students engage with the curriculum and build confidence in their learning
Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored support and implement learning plans
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across the school
We're looking for someone with:
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
Knowledge or experience of supporting students with SEN
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive, patient approach
