Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Salary: £27,711 - £30,060 FTE (£19,119 - £20,740 actual)
Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks)
Hours: 28.75 per week
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
Location: City Centre, Liverpool
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a primary setting in Liverpool to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a long term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting Nursery-aged pupils at the very start of their learning journey.

What we're looking for:
- A qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 3 or equivalent) with experience in Early Years.
- Someone who can build strong relationships with children and act as a positive role model.
- An enthusiastic, caring professional who encourages independence and self-esteem.
- Experience in observing, monitoring and recording children's progress.
- A team player with high expectations and a commitment to supporting every child.
