Job/role description: Compliance Consultant
Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.30am - 7.30pm
Role Reports to: Compliance Manager
Salary: R306 000 pa (R25500 monthly)
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Vet candidates in line with the REC Quality Mark and Company policy with 100% accuracy
- Data input and database maintenance
- Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
- General filing and administration
- Other duties as directed
PERFORMANCE & GROWTH
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure relevant candidate compliance
- Work closely with the interviewers to gain 100% file completion prior to file receipt
- To be a point of contact for candidates with regards to company documentation as required
- To undertake registration tasks as required for new candidates
- Screening calls and dealing candidate queries
- Achieve & exceed where possible weekly KPI's
- Manage candidate expectations regarding clearance times
- Identify candidates that can be cleared quickly and liaise with them prior to interview
- Cross-sell all Tradewind/ SANZA divisions to ensure candidate loyalty and encourage referrals
- Where required meet candidates off-site to gain missing documents to enable faster clearance times
REPORTING, IT & COMPLIANCE
- Ensure the database is updated regularly regarding candidates' status and file documentation
- Ensure timely clearance of candidate files
- Ensure full compliance and adherence to Quality Mark guidelines as set by the REC & company policy
- Effective use of the company database for searching and reporting purposes

- Work as part of a team of consultants assisting and mentoring colleagues when required
- Supporting the Manager and Managing Consultant by working collaboratively with them

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Offer outstanding customer service in line with Company expectations, both internally and externally to clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Conduct weekly calls to candidates who are non-compliant or NDR status to secure loyalty
