Job/role description: Compliance Consultant

Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.30am - 7.30pm

Role Reports to: Compliance Manager

Salary: R306 000 pa (R25500 monthly)

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Vet candidates in line with the REC Quality Mark and Company policy with 100% accuracy
  • Data input and database maintenance
  • Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
  • General filing and administration
  • Other duties as directed

PERFORMANCE & GROWTH

  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure relevant candidate compliance
  • Work closely with the interviewers to gain 100% file completion prior to file receipt
  • To be a point of contact for candidates with regards to company documentation as required
  • To undertake registration tasks as required for new candidates
  • Screening calls and dealing candidate queries
  • Achieve & exceed where possible weekly KPI's
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding clearance times
  • Identify candidates that can be cleared quickly and liaise with them prior to interview
  • Cross-sell all Tradewind/ SANZA divisions to ensure candidate loyalty and encourage referrals
  • Where required meet candidates off-site to gain missing documents to enable faster clearance times

REPORTING, IT & COMPLIANCE

  • Ensure the database is updated regularly regarding candidates' status and file documentation
  • Ensure timely clearance of candidate files
  • Ensure full compliance and adherence to Quality Mark guidelines as set by the REC & company policy
  • Effective use of the company database for searching and reporting purposes

  • Work as part of a team of consultants assisting and mentoring colleagues when required
  • Supporting the Manager and Managing Consultant by working collaboratively with them
  • Support the Company key objectives and goals
  • Work in line with the Company core values; both externally and internally

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Offer outstanding customer service in line with Company expectations, both internally and externally to clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct weekly calls to candidates who are non-compliant or NDR status to secure loyalty
