Male SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a special school in Birmingham who are seeking dedicated male SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their supportive and dynamic team.

The school provides inclusive education and care for secondary-aged pupils with Autism and a range of complex needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), Non-verbal communication needs, and Challenging behaviours.

What we're looking for:

✔️ Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, term-time)

✔️ Essential: Prior experience supporting pupils with ASD in a special school setting

✔️ Strong commitment to inclusion, patience, and resilience

✔️ Ability to use creative and adaptive approaches to meet diverse needs

✔️ A team player who brings positivity and compassion to their role
