Experienced SEN Teacher required!
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Tradewind Recruitment are working with an Alternative Provision who provide specialist education and tailored support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive a safe, nurturing, and structured environment in which to learn and grow. This is a new provision that currently supports around 15 children.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong background in teaching and supporting children with diverse needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, etc.).
The ability to adapt and deliver engaging lessons in line with individual learning plans.
A commitment to inclusive, person-centred education that promotes both academic progress and personal development.
