Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham | Daily Supply & Full-Time Roles Available
Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for passionate and dedicated TAs to support pupils with a wide range of additional needs across special schools in the Sutton Coldfield area.
We are seeking those who have experience supporting children and young people with:
Autism (ASD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
Non-verbal communication needs
Challenging behaviours
What we're looking for:
✔️ Essential: Prior experience working in a special school setting
✔️ Flexibility to work across daily supply assignments and long-term/full-time placements
✔️ Strong commitment to supporting inclusion and pupil wellbeing
✔️ Patience, adaptability, and resilience when supporting diverse and complex needs
✔️ Ability to use creative approaches to engage and inspire pupils
