This maternity cover role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled leader who shares the school's values and commitment to delivering exceptional care and support for pupils.

About the Role

The Deputy Head of Residential Care will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Residential Care and supervising a team of experienced residential staff. Working 3-4 evenings per week (between 2pm and 10/10.30pm), you will ensure the highest standards of care for resident young people, many of whom have autism, SLD, and complex communication and social needs.

This is a rewarding leadership role where you will not only provide hands-on support but also mentor staff, help shape the residential provision, and contribute to the school's wider ethos of inclusion and excellence.
