URGENT: Full-Time English Teacher (KS2-KS3) - Independent Boys' School, Bushey
Location: Independent Boys' School, Bushey, Hertfordshire
Start Date: 3rd November (after October half-term)
An outstanding independent boys' school in Bushey is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join their team. You will teach Years 6-8 (KS2 & KS3) in a vibrant, supportive environment where pupils are motivated, confident, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English across Years 6-8 (KS2 & KS3)
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that develop literacy, analytical thinking, and creative writing skills
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school's high academic standards
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English at KS2 and KS3
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and challenge pupils
- Commitment to supporting the wider school ethos and extra-curricular life
