Secondary Supply Teachers - Gloucestershire
Tradewind Recruitment is one of the UK's largest teaching agencies, with a strong presence across Gloucestershire and established partnerships with many secondary schools in the Cheltenham area. We are currently recruiting qualified secondary teachers (QTS) to support our schools with a range of cover needs, including day-to-day supply, long-term temporary cover, and temp-to-perm opportunities.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons, either within your subject specialism or across a range of subjects
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Adapt to different school settings while supporting pupils' progress and wellbeing
* Provide continuity of education during staff absence
Working Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (flexibility available for part-time)
* Daily pay rates from £150 to £300, depending on role and experience
* Weekly payment via PAYE

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3/KS4, KS5 desirable)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Flexibility and a positive, proactive approach
