Primary Education Recruitment Consultant - Tradewind Recruitment - St. Albans

Tradewind Recruitment in St. Albans is expanding our Primary Education divisionand we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven recruitment experience to take ownership of a busy desk and build strong relationships with schools and candidates.

The Role:

  • Develop and manage long-term partnerships with primary schools across the region

  • Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff

  • Drive business growth through client development and excellent service delivery

  • Manage your own desk while working closely with a supportive and experienced team

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential (education sector preferred)

  • A motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture

Please note, this role is based in the St. Alban's office and will be 5 days a week in the office during probation and then hybrid options are available based on hitting performance targets.
