Delete your personal data
We respect your privacy. If you no longer wish to use our mobile app or would like your personal data removed from our systems, you can request deletion at any time.
What happens when you request deletion?
1. Submit a request
Email DPO@twrecruitment.com with your full name, email address, and a brief note requesting deletion or please complete the form below.
2. Verification
We’ll verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. You may be asked to confirm your email, mobile number or photo id.
3. Data removal
Once verified, we will begin deleting your data from our systems, except in specific circumstances which can be reviewed here.
This includes:
- CRM records and backups
- Email campaign history
- Profile data
- Any associated metadata stored in our app or website system
4. Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted. If you’ve requested deletion via email, we’ll reply directly to confirm completion.
