Are you passionate about making a difference to young pupil's lives? Do you have experience working with children who display challenging behaviour?

Tradewind is currently working with one of the largest primary schools in Luton (four classes per year) and in walking distance from the mainline train station. The School is a popular, well-regarded, happy, energetic, and thriving School.

What we're looking for:
***Positive Role Model to support pupils in a mainstream school
***Passionate and caring personality who wants to make a real difference
*** Some knowledge of SEMH, ADHD and behavioural difficulties
***£70 to 80 per day - Post will be for the whole academic year with the potential to go perm

This fantastic multi-cultural School offers a nurturing environment for pupils and staff. There is a number of extra-curriculum activities that are run at the School. They would be keen to see potential members of staff who have experience and a passion for; Sports, Performing Arts and/or Music.

Although this is a large School, generally behaviour and attendance is good throughout the School. However, there is a number of pupils in the upper part of the School who require support in and outside of the classroom due to SEN/additional needs and other factors. You will be employed to work off your own initiative with some guidance, motivate pupils to engage in their work and offer a tailored timetable for children who require an alternative approach.

To be put forward for an interview for this fantastic position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
*Min 6 months experience in the last 2 years working with primary aged children
*Sports coaching, music and/or performing arts background (highly desirable)
*Knowledge of social, emotional, mental health difficulties
*Available to commit to full-time work for at least the full academic year
*Degree Qualified or Qualification related to working with children
