Tradewind Recruitment and SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for an International Social Candidate Consultant to join our team in our London office. Tradewind and SANZA is one of the leading Education Recruitment Agencies.

You will be responsible for placing International candidates coming to the UK from our International Candidate teams, ideally into LT roles pre-arrival. Co-ordinating with the international teams to ensure that all of our teachers who are arriving in the UK are fully equipped and supported for their move.

Main functions:
-Build a database of International candidates suitable for placement in the UK
-Focus on promotion, engagement and marketing of candidates through online platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
-Have a strong presence on all online platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as other social media platforms
-Be responsible for the international Facebook and Instagram page, ensuring all our international candidates like, share and are engaged with our platforms
-Request referrals and reviews from all international candidates working for us
-Proactively building you database of teachers by posting regular topical bulletins and sharing and liking other topical posts.

Your customer service to our teachers will be a fundamental element of the package we provide to them in order to ensure our international teachers choose us over our competitors. The role is pivotal with engaging with all of our sales teams in the UK with supporting them in finding appropriate teachers to fill their vacancies.

Ideally you will come from an education recruitment background with experience of making a similar move across the world yourself.
