Job Description:

• Lead and manage the KS2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans
• Provide support and guidance to teachers within the phase, promoting professional growth and development
• Monitor student progress and attainment, implementing strategies to support individual needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and promoting the well-being of all students
• Ambition and a desire to contribute to the continued success and development of the school
