Key Responsibilities: As an SEN Teacher at our Wirral-based SEN School, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster a love for learning and promote the personal growth of SEN students.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEN.
- Adaptability, patience, and a compassionate approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of SEN students.

To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
